Quotes are shown in USD. Card payments are processed in USD regardless of your billing country.
Are customs duties included?
A customs handling fee based on your declared value is included in every quote. Destination-country import duties, where they apply, are separate and billed by that country's customs authority — not by CloudPort.
Why does the price change with box size, not just weight?
Carriers charge for the space a package takes up, not just its weight. We calculate a dimensional weight from the box size and charge whichever is higher — actual or dimensional.
